Recent secured work

We have been working hard to secure new contracts at Western Thermal. Here is a list of some of the work we have recently secured.

 

20 Fenchurch Street London
We are currently undertaking the insulation works on behalf of NG Bailey and Canary Wharf Management at this prestigious £200 million skyscraper development designed by architect Rafael Viñoly.


5-6 St James’s Square London
Insulation works on behalf of NG Bailey have commenced on this high quality redevelopment site.

 

Manchester Town Hall and Circular Library

Western Thermal Ltd has secured the insulation contract on this £130 million redevelopment project of two 1930s buildings in the heart of Manchester.

Project Fox Data Centres Leicestershire

Insulation works on this £100 million 320,000 square foot data facility for Santander are currently underway.

The two identical centres are currently under construction near the village of Narborough.

 

Southmead Hospital, Bristol

We have been appointed to undertake the insulation work at the new £430million project.
The 800 bed hospital which will offer patients the very best state-of-the-art hospital facilities is due to open in 2014.
