The new development has 4 tower blocks and is located ideally for Harrods & Harvey Nicholls. Working with Crown House, Western Thermal insulated 37,900 mtrs of piping and 8,500 sq mtrs of ventilation systems.
Western Thermal’s expertise was also called on to provide trace heating to essential services providing frost protection to the external roof plant areas along with the heat maintenance tape to the hot water services.
This major prestige development was undertaken to programme and within budget.

20 Fenchurch Street London
Manchester Town Hall and Circular Library Western Thermal Ltd has secured the insulation contract on this £130 million redevelopment project of two 1930s buildings in the heart of Manchester. Insulation works on this £100 million 320,000 square foot data facility for Santander are currently underway. The two identical centres are currently under construction near the village of Narborough.
