Western Thermal having been involved with the development of Wembley Stadium, Millennium Stadium Cardiff and have completed the trio by working at the home of English rugby – Twickenham. Western Thermal have been instrumental in the redevelopment of one of the foremost sporting arenas in the country.
The new South stand, provides nearly 19,000 seats in three tiers increasing the stadium capacity from 75,000 to around 82,000. Working with Shepherd Engineering Services, Western Thermal insulated 10,000 mtrs of piping and 8000 sq mtrs of ventilation systems.

Western Thermal’s expertise was also called on to provide trace heating to essential services providing frost protection to 1000 mtrs of pipe. This major prestige development  was undertaken to programme and within budget.
