Jackets & Valve Covers
Western Thermal Ltd provide, flexible, removable, reusable jackets to all aspects of valves, pipes & fittings, for easy accessibility for inspection or maintenance. Each jacket has two layers of heat & flame resistant cloth enclosing a layer of insulating material, complete with fire retardant Velcro™ & string fasteners for simple removability. We can offer an initial on-site survey to the fitting of the completed product; we offer a variety of applications depending upon the circumstances e.g. temperature, internal/external, surroundings.
Insulation jackets have an immediate impact when it comes to cost savings and are widely acknowledged as an extremely effective way of temperature control of hot and cold applications, which in turn means less harm to the environment.

20 Fenchurch Street London
Manchester Town Hall and Circular Library Western Thermal Ltd has secured the insulation contract on this £130 million redevelopment project of two 1930s buildings in the heart of Manchester. Insulation works on this £100 million 320,000 square foot data facility for Santander are currently underway. The two identical centres are currently under construction near the village of Narborough.
